Timescales and costs
A typical bathroom refit takes around 1-3 weeks. Larger projects, such as layout changes or wet rooms, take longer. Prices depend on size, the products you choose and what we find once the old bathroom is out, so we always quote after seeing the room.

Do I need planning permission?

Not usually for a bathroom refit. Some work must follow building regulations, such as drainage, ventilation and certain electrical work, and we make sure it does.

How long will I be without a bathroom?

We aim to keep disruption short and can advise on temporary arrangements if it’s your only bathroom.

Can you supply the suite, tiles and fittings?

Yes, or we can fit products you’ve chosen. We’ll give you advice either way.

Do you handle the electrics and plumbing?

Yes. Electrical work is carried out by a qualified electrician and plumbing by our own team or a registered plumber.

What if you find a problem when the old bathroom is removed?

We’ll tell you straight away, explain the options and agree any extra cost with you before going ahead.

Are you insured?

Yes. Certificates are available on request.
